D'arcy Park

D’arcy Park – D’arcy has been performing professionally since the age of 7. Name a style of music – from Opera to Jazz, Rock to Country, D’arcy can sing it all, thanks to a lifetime of classical training. For 12 years, she honed her dynamic presence touring with her band in such far-flung places as South Korea, and South America. For the past six years, she has toured the world with Ryan, adding her special passion and commitment to The Difference.

Amy Cashion

Amy Cashion – Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Amy has been performing since the age of 16 on stages all over the world on land and sea.  She started in musical theater and from there went on to perform as a principal singer and dancer on Cruise Ships and in Casinos in major production shows in Lake Tahoe, Atlantic City, Myrtle Beach and Las Vegas to name a few.  While she is proud to call Nashville home, she feels very lucky and blessed to be a part of the Ryan Pelton and the Difference family.

Jared Mathis

Jared Mathis – Until recently, the youngest member of the band, Jared has studied piano and keyboards since early childhood. A graduate of renowned Belmont University (Nashville, TN), Jared spent a year working in the publishing arm of Sony while looking for his perfect band. When he met Ryan, Jared knew that the Difference was the band for him. Now with three years of touring under his belt, Jared is a cornerstone of the band’s sound.

Andrew Hammond – The Youngest Gun of the family, Andrew brings youthful enthusiasm, combined with focus and feel far beyond his years. A graduate of the prestigious McNally Smith College of Music (St. Paul, MN), Andrew came to Nashville to launch his career. Before he could say “tour bus,” he was criss-crossing the country with the Difference. From Country, to Rock, to Funk, Andrew lays it down like a good steak – thick and tasty.

Jeff Adams

Jeff Adams – Having transcribed over 500 songs for online customers (see website) while playing over 200 shows in a four-year career, Jeff Adams’ 6-string adventures have gone unabated since age 10. A graduate of McNally Smith, a Gibson.com and Hal Leonard Corp. contributor, and a tasteful lead player, this California-born instrumentalist joins the Difference with a respect for the music, the chops to pull it off, and the enthusiasm to help authentically bring Elvis to life.

Lane Baldwin – An internationally-acclaimed bassist, vocalist, songwriter and band leader, Lane on Bass – as he is known in the music industry – brings three decades of touring and studio experience to his role as the Bottom of the Band. A native of Texas, he is a Musical Ambassador for the nation’s capital, Washington, DC. While he loves all styles of music (and has played most of them), he treasures the Blues above all.
